Revised Action Research Project

After reviewing my comments and reflecting on my action research plan, I realized that my goal was to general and need specificity.  I hope you all can agree that my goal is specific and integrates well with the entire action research plan.

  1. Joe,

I think your goal is specific and workable as you move forward. SMART goals require precise wording and to be measurable. I think you have achieved this. If future classes require more technology, it might be helpful to have the survey you refer to using be online through something like survey monkey. I feel like the use of such formats is in our future.

  2. I agree with Lisa. Using an online survey method will allow you to obtain information from a lot of different sources. Another good survey tool is google documents and then create a form type document. It is easy to use and will probably interface well with our google accounts. I would also suggest maybe limiting your sample size a bit. Your study seems well though out, but how many students are you planning on working with? Hopefully that will help with being a little more specific. Hope this helps. Thanks and good luck
